First of all, let me clear the air. I love to eat.
My name is Kristin, but some have called me a health nut. I prefer to use the term "mindful muncher".Mindful Muncher: (n) one who munches on fresh, healthy food; one who consciously strives to make healthy choices, and enjoys it. (okay yeah...I just made that up)
I'm not into fad diets, starving yourself, or eating salads every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm into real, good food. Food that promotes excellent health and nourishment. Food that gives me the strength and energy I need to live an active lifestyle.
What is a mindful muncher to do in a world overrun by fast food joints, deep fried artery cloggers, and triple chocolate tempations?
