Who is Little Miss Munch?

I am a 3rd year university student, on a mission to find simple ways to eat well in a society full of unhealthy options.

It isn't about looking like a model or acheiving the "perfect" look.

It is about being healthy, feeling great, living with joy, and helping others do the same.

I hate crash diets, skipping meals, or any other "quick-fix". Don't dooo it!

I'm usually hungry, so I munch throughout the day.

I love to eat and discover healthy choices that are not only nutritious, but oh so delicious!
